For many, suddenly requiring medical attention can be overwhelming and frightening. Scheduling examinations or coordinating a hospital stay can also be confusing and perhaps trying at times. As a Friend of the Foundation you will receive personalized, compassionate attention that may alleviate some of the burden you could experience.
Becoming a Friend is a wonderful way to both support the great work of Southeast Georgia Health System Foundation while providing you and your loved ones with an added level of comfort, care and peace of mind.
Friends Receive:
- You will receive a personalized Friend of the Foundation card to present upon arrival at Southeast Georgia Health System.
- A telephone number that will be answered by Foundation staff 24 hours a day, 7 days a week in the event you have a medical need or have questions about any aspect of the health system.
- We can also assist you with scheduling or rescheduling appointments, questions on billing, and with coordinating annual flu shots.
- Your medical information will be on file and readily accessible in order to alleviate a portion of the paperwork, thus helping to expedite the registration process for an appointment or admission.
- You will be invited to all VIP Health System programs and special events.
- Your name will be listed on the Friends of the Foundation donor screens in both the Main Entrance Lobby and the Outpatient Care Center Lobby.
Friends of the Foundation Annual Membership: $1500 for an individual or couple
