WOW Mobile Units
Expanding Care Beyond Traditional Walls
The WOW Mobile initiative reflects Southeast Georgia Health System Foundation’s commitment to improving access to health care throughout the communities we serve.
Designed to bring health services directly into neighborhoods across the region, the WOW Mobile units help extend outreach, education, screenings and preventive care opportunities to patients where they live and work. These mobile resources play an important role in increasing accessibility, strengthening community wellness and supporting proactive health care initiatives throughout Southeast Georgia.
Vision 20/20 Campaign
Transforming the Future of Hometown Health Care
The Vision 20/20 Campaign represented one of the most significant investments in the history of Southeast Georgia Health System. This transformational initiative supported major expansion, renovation and modernization projects designed to meet the growing health care needs of our region.
Through this multi-year effort, Southeast Georgia Health System enhanced key patient care areas including emergency services, inpatient care, surgical services and critical infrastructure improvements. The campaign helped lay the foundation for a stronger, more advanced health system focused on delivering exceptional care for generations to come.
The success of Vision 20/20 was made possible through the generosity of donors, philanthropic partners and community supporters who shared a commitment to improving local health care.
Notable Online Scheduling
Investment: $2,300,000
Southeast Georgia Health System implemented Notable Health, an AI-driven digital platform designed to streamline administrative and clinical workflows while improving patient access and convenience.
Today, patients can use the platform to identify a new primary care physician and schedule appointments online with existing providers. The technology simplifies scheduling, digital intake and communication, creating a more seamless patient experience.
Following overwhelmingly positive patient response and engagement, Southeast Georgia Health System plans to continue expanding Notable’s capabilities to include additional online scheduling services and enhanced digital health tools.
